Each item is handcrafted with a high quality epoxy resin that is FDA approved. The overall process to work with resin is timely and cannot be created at rapid speeds. Each item will receive care instructions, as the finish is similar to glass, meaning it can break if not handled or cared for properly. All resins amber over time, meaning it yellows, not caring for the resin created item properly could speed up the ambering process or damage the item.

Treat me like a child

  • I’m not microwavable
  • I’m not dishwasher safe
  • Don’t soak me under water
  • Don’t throw or drop me
  • Don’t leave me in a hot car or in the sun

Do to the nature of this item being handmade, there may be slight imperfection. However, I strive to provide the best quality work possible.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  If there is an issue upon receiving the item(s), a message must be sent with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Anything past that time frame will not be replaced. Not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Shipping

Tracking will be provided for all orders that are shipped. Please understand that due to the ongoing global pandemic, shipping delays will occur and are out of our control. All Ready-to-ship items will ship in 1-4 business days M-F. Not responsible for any shipped orders once out of my possession.

Local Pick Up

For local pick up, I will reach out to you to arrange a time and the location to meet within a 15 mile radius of Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Please ensure that you review your contact information and check your messages if selecting local pick up.
